According to the structure of the rotor, the small sand making machine can be divided into open rotor structure and closed rotor structure. The closed rotor structure is a cage layout of the rotor. Such a material is subjected to two or more chances of impact, friction and grinding in the whirling crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. In the whole process of crushing, the materials impact each other to break, not directly contact with metal components, but impact and friction with the material lining, which reduces the angle pollution and prolongs the mechanical wear time. The air flow inside the whirlpool chamber circulates automatically, eliminating dust pollution.
