Therefore, these three factors are the primary consideration for choosing jaw crusher.

2. The feeding particle size and discharging particle size of the crusher. The larger the feeding granularity is, the coarser the product granularity is. The smaller the feeding granularity is, the larger the product granularity is. For example, the feed particle size of 750 * 1060 jaw crusher must be larger than that of 500 * 750 jaw crusher, because the feed particle size of the former is 750 * 1060 while the latter is 500 * 750. The discharge granularity of crusher can be changed by adjustment, but if we choose different types of equipment according to our actual situation, we can reduce the equipment loss to a large extent and extend the service life.

5. Ensure uniform feeding. During the working period of the equipment, it is very important to strictly control the feeding quantity, avoid the excessive or insufficient feeding, and avoid the deviation feeding, so as to effectively avoid the overload or idling of the equipment. In addition, the uniform feeding can find the iron and other foreign matters in the material in time, and avoid the foreign matters entering the crushing cavity in time, which will cause the occurrence of shaft fracture.

6. Consider the nature of common materials. The material with high water content will affect the throughput of the material, and the material with less than the closed discharge will lead to the increase of the power consumption of the equipment. Therefore, before feeding, the moisture content of the material can be controlled below 5%, and the simple screening can make the smaller material less than 10%. On the one hand, this reduces the power consumption of the equipment, on the other hand, it reduces the content of needle and flake particles in the finished product.
