5x sand making machine is another breakthrough in the field of sand aggregate production equipment manufacturing. It can not only provide sand and stone aggregate for expressway, high-speed railway, high-rise building, municipal engineering, hydropower dam construction, port and wharf, concrete mixing station, etc., but also has wide application in the fields of metal ore crushing, quartz sand production, steel slag treatment, etc. At present, it has become a sand preparation equipment for internal sand and stone production enterprises, which is widely used in pebble sand, tailings sand, construction waste sand and other good areas.

The whole center feeding material (as shown in Figure 2) of 5x sand making machine falls into the feeding hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feeding hole, and then it is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port. Firstly, it collides with a part of materials falling freely after rebounding, and then they are impacted on the vortex material lining (or counter block) in the surrounding vortex cavity together, first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity, and then The deflection moves downward and collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow passage to form a continuous material curtain, which is then discharged through the lower discharge port.

The central feeding of 5x sand making machine is accompanied by a circular waterfall: (as shown in Figure 3) the material falls into the feed hopper, then falls through the circular hole, and is divided into two strands by the bulk tray. One strand enters the impeller with high-speed rotation through the distributor, the other falls from the periphery of the distributor, and the materials entering the impeller are thrown out at high speed after being speeded up rapidly in the impeller. First, the materials are broken by impact with another part of the free falling materials around the distributor, and then they are impacted on the vortex material lining (or counter block) in the surrounding vortex cavity together, rebound to the top of the crushing cavity first, and then The deflection moves downward and collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow passage to form a continuous material curtain, which is then discharged through the lower discharge port.
