In the working process, the unbalance of rotor will cause large vibration, produce additional dynamic load, destroy the normal working conditions of the equipment, make the bearing temperature rise too high, and shorten the service life.

The structure of impact crusher is simple and consists of shell, rotor and impact plate. The rotor is very important for impact crusher. The rotor with the plate hammer rotates at high speed. Under the impact of the plate hammer, the material obtains huge kinetic energy and is forced to be thrown onto the impact plate. When it is impacted and broken, it is bounced back again by the impact plate, and the material is impacted by the hammer head. In the process of back-to-back impact, the material blocks collide with each other, and cracks and looseness are constantly generated inside. Finally, they are broken according to their own texture. In the whole process, the force of rotor can not be ignored, and the balance of counterattack rotor directly affects the crushing effect.

The types of rotor balance mainly include: dynamic balance, static balance and mixed balance. What type of balance is needed is generally selected through the drawing of the impact rotor. Generally, when the intersection of the ratio of the rotor and the speed is under the y = - 1 / 5x + 2 straight line, the rotor needs to find static balance; when the intersection of the ratio of the rotor and the speed is above the y = - 1 / 10x + 1 straight line, the rotor needs to find dynamic balance; when the intersection of the ratio of the rotor and the speed is between the two straight lines, the rotor on the precision machine needs to find dynamic balance, and the rotor on the rough machine needs to find dynamic balance Find a static balance. Because the accuracy of dynamic balance is higher than that of static balance, it is necessary to find the rotor of dynamic balance, and static balance should be found first. If the impact crusher is a high-speed slender rotor, it is often to find the dynamic balance.
