The overall rotary kiln process is to transport the limestone raw ore to the crushing site, pass through one and two stages of crushing respectively to make the limestone ore reach the standard particle size, and then send it to the pre homogenization site through the belt conveyor for pre homogenization treatment. After adding all kinds of raw material ingredients, it can enter into the grinding process to grind it to powder shape, and then it is transported to the raw material mixing storage by air power. After the scientific adjustment of the raw material ratio, it can enter the calcination stage. Raw materials shall be preheated in preheater before entering the kiln, and the preheated raw materials shall be calcined in rotary kiln. When the temperature reaches 1000 ℃, the raw materials will become cement clinker. After being cooled, the clinker will be transferred to the clinker bin, and then enter the cement mill from the clinker bin. After grinding and adding additives, the raw materials will be packaged as finished products.

The output of cement is closely related to its production process. The better the production process is, the higher the annual output of cement in clinker production line will be. The quality of each process determines the output of cement. To improve the output of each process, the output of the whole production line will continue to increase.
