At present, there are 31 expressway projects under construction in Guangdong Province, 7 of which will be completed by the end of the year. According to the different terrain conditions, there are two basic forms of Expressway Subgrade: embankment and cutting, commonly known as filling and excavation. The materials for subgrade construction, whether filling or excavation, are mainly earth rock bulk materials. Guangdong is rich in stone resources. At present, many expressways use stone roadbed. However, in order to ensure the stability and comfort of the train in high-speed driving, the subgrade should have enough firmness, stability, durability and reasonable rigidity. How to achieve this effect? Crushing is the key!

If large stones are directly used for paving, they will inevitably bring hidden dangers to the safety and stability of the road. The team in charge of the expressway project in Guangdong Province is an expert with rich construction experience. Before the commencement of the project, they decided to use the E-crusher 600 * 900 to carry out the preliminary processing of the stone. Therefore, the stone particle size is very uniform, with little dust and no debris, which is very in line with the standard of sand and stone for subgrade construction.

In the process of high-speed construction in Guangdong Province, especially in Shenzhen section of Guangzhou Shenzhen Expressway, due to the rich pebble resources in the local area, the crushed pebble stone is often used as the subgrade. However, the hardness of the pebble is very large, which leads to the rapid wear of the equipment, and the replacement of moving jaw plate and other parts is very frequent, even the whole equipment can not be spared.
